For over 30 years, Tracy has poured her creativity into restoring old homes, getting her hands dirty, and transforming neglected spaces into something special. With a background in fine arts and design, plus hands-on experience as a builder, every renovation is a canvas, every home a new story waiting to be told. Working as a product developer and architectural consultant at Rejuvenation House Parts only deepened her appreciation for craftsmanship, history, and community—ultimately leading her to become a REALTOR®.
She has a particular love for vintage homes—their quirks, their charm, their stories. The artist in her is drawn to their intricate details, the builder in her to their solid craftsmanship. It’s what captivated her when she bought her first home—a forgotten Painted Lady on a corner lot in SE Portland. She had been stripped of her Victorian elegance, left with a yard full of shopping carts, a tree growing through the facade, and a basement packed with oil-soaked mattresses and car parts. But Tracy saw her potential. She restored her, brought her back to life—and in doing so, found her own love for real estate. One home led to another, then another, until helping others buy and restore their own homes became a natural next step.
