For over 30 years, Tracy has poured her creativity into restoring old homes, getting her hands dirty, and transforming neglected spaces into gems. With a background in fine arts and design, plus hands-on experience as a remodeler, every home is a new canvas. Working as a sales associate, product developer and architectural consultant at Rejuvenation House Parts only deepened her appreciation for dwellings and their history.

She has a particular love for vintage homes—their quirks, their charm, their stubbornness. She was drawn to her first home—a forgotten 1892 Painted Lady on a corner lot of 34th/SE Salmon. Stripped of her Victorian elegance, left with a yard full of shopping carts, a tree growing through the facade, and a basement packed with oil-soaked mattresses and car parts, Tracy restored her. Brought her back to life—and in doing so, found her own love for real estate. One home led to another, then another, until helping others buy and restore their own homes became a natural next step.These days she can be found collaborating with her clients by physically working alongside them or taking over a project to help them save money. Her slice of time spent with clients often leads to wonderful friendships which is what keeps her in the industry.
And that’s why she does what she does.

Tracy isn’t just a Realtor—she’s an advocate, a guide, a partner in your home journey. She’ll fight for your best interests and be there for you long after the keys are in your hands. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Tracy outdoors, exploring nature with her husband Darren, and kids, Lander and Olivia. Spotting birds nests, hunting for sea creatures, picking berries, & running along Eagle Creek Trail. Giving kisses to her yellow lab is a daily essential, and whenever possible, she’s dreaming of which body of water to kitesurf or trail to hike.
