- First, give us a call for a walk-through of your home. No need to tidy up—we can see past clutter. As we tour your space, share your goals and needs with us. In return, we’ll guide you on what should be done before listing and why it matters.
- Next, we’ll help you create a pre-listing budget. Our recommendations focus on maximizing your return on investment. You decide what fits within your budget. If you don’t have the bucks to pay for some of your work, we can often carry the cost for you and be reimbursed at the closing of the sale.
- If your home needs painting, cleaning, carpentry, staging, electrical work, yard maintenance, or anything else, we have a vetted and affordable crew ready to help.
- Chris and I will coordinate bids, manage all tradespeople, meet them onsite, and even help pick out colors and materials to ensure everything is done right. You don’t have to drive anywhere to pick up the products. We do that for you!
